Every container leaving Manor Farms travels with the paperwork an import buyer or customs broker expects. Documentation is prepared per shipment and matched to the destination market's import requirements.
Certificate of Origin
Confirms the product was grown and packed in China. Issued per shipment.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by China's customs and inspection authority, confirming the produce meets the destination country's plant-health import requirements.
Commercial Invoice & Packing List
Matched to the container, itemised by lot, grade, and carton count for customs clearance.
Fumigation Certificate
Included where the destination market requires it, confirming wood packaging or cargo treatment.
