Grow & harvest
We grow and harvest each crop across our own fields in the regions suited to it — ginger and garlic in Shandong, walnuts in Yunnan and Shaanxi, cassia in Guangxi.

Grade & inspect
Every lot is graded against the buyer's specification — size, colour, moisture, cut — before it's cleared to leave the warehouse.

Pack & ship
Packed to the format the order calls for — bulk carton, vacuum bag, or private label — and booked by container or air freight.
